Fast efficient and friendly was almost worth breaking down too avail myself of coast towing

I can't recommend Coast Towing & Recovery highly enough! My car was stuck in the mud with the left side down in a ditch, and I was in a really stressful situation. I called Mike, and he arrived within just 20–25 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Mike was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about getting my car out safely. What really stood out was how cautious he was while positioning the towing equipment under my car, taking extra care to protect the front bumper from any damage. With other cars parked both in front of and behind mine, it was a very tight and tricky recovery, but he handled it with absolute confidence and precision. It was obvious that Mike has many years of experience. Watching him work gave me complete confidence that my car was in safe hands. His customer service was second to none—friendly, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable and affordable, especially considering how quickly he responded and the high quality of service he provided. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise, professionalism, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. I found myself stranded 100km from home and not prepared for an accident. Mike got my truck back to his yard very quickly and found me a mechanic to do the repairs so I could get back to work within a couple of days. He was very helpful and had great communication with me and my insurance company. Highly recommended. Thank you very much 🙂

GREAT EXPERIENCE, got stuck heading north. Got a quick response and back on the road fast. Then later when I needed a tow to my mechanic, was another quick grab and go. Great to find an experienced and reliable company

Mike was amazing and very supportive in a stressful situation after my daughter was hit by another car. Arrived as soon as they could and calmly helped. Would highly recommend this company in times of need. After service great too!

Very interactive exchange no issues whatsoever & overall funny bloke with a deep knowledge of the Auckland region. Very polite & professional work ethic & would highly recommend for anyone needing towing assistance 💯
