Coast Towing & Recovery

We were very happy with the service provided by Mike at Coast Towing as he pulled up behind us seconds after a harrowing near miss on the motorway which left us with only 3 working wheels. He was friendly and reassuring, waiting while we organised approval from our insurance, and got us and our car quickly and safely to the repair shop, with great communication also. I would 100% recommend!

My car was flatted left front of tyre last Monday morning when I going to work. I contacted AA service that time but wasn't resister AA number and cost was more than $200. I found a Coast Towing and Recovery and call again. Mike picked it up from my phone call and quite fast towing operation and professional service. Excellent service for Jacob and the Coast Towing team. We got our truck stuck in Orewa and contacted Coast Towing & Recovery. They were here on time. Jacob attended to the problem with knowledge and he pulled our truck out of the bog. He instructed our driver on what needed doing and we had a good result.

Coast towing made everything easy. They answered the phone and got the kob booked in and completed when they said they would. Price was also competitive. Would use again

I submitted an inquiry online late at night and by the next morning Mike had already replied with a clear quote and confirmed they could tow my truck from Silverdale to Mangere. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with excellent communication and quick response time. Everything was made easy for me, including being able to drop the key off at a location that was convenient. The cost was very reasonable and Mike was completely upfront about pricing. Very friendly and prompt service, who we have used twice recently when the AA put us on hold and never rang back. One of these instances, we broke down at a busy intersection. This company came immediately.

Mike is a legend. Came in 3:30 am, at very short notice and got his clothes wet to rescue my car from the tide that was closing in on it. Knew exactly what to do and got the job done

My car broke down on the northern Gateway heading towards Warkworth just passed the tunnel. I had to pull the side of the motorway and Car would not start. Mike said he would be about 10 to 15 minutes and he was with me in that time he loaded my car very safely onto the back of his truck and drove me and my broken down vehicle Home and was able to navigate my tight driveway. I would Certainly recommend Coast towing and recovery to anyone
