About Coast Towing & Recovery

I’m Mike, the owner of Coast Towing & Recovery Ltd. In 2024, after spending some time in the towing industry, I found myself working alongside amazing people and embracing the unique challenges the industry offers. Every day was different—whether it was collaborating with a fantastic team or meeting people in all kinds of situations, both good and challenging. Above all, I loved the opportunity to help others.

Before venturing into towing, I was self-employed for over 20 years, and I missed the independence that came with it. So, in October 2024, I made the decision to go out on my own. I founded Coast Towing, obtained the necessary licenses and approvals, purchased a truck, and got started. After learning from some seasoned industry veterans, I realised there was an opportunity to offer a more personalised, customer-focused approach to towing and recovery.

That’s why we make it our priority to treat each customer with respect, empathy, and care. We believe that delivering an exceptional customer experience is key, and we strive to make the towing process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
