Tow & Go is a Coast Towing & Recovery service, delivered in partnership with Blue Dot Rentals, designed to keep you moving. We bring a rental vehicle directly to you, swap it for your vehicle, and get you back on the road — while we take care of everything else.

- When You’re Left Without a Vehicle If your vehicle becomes undriveable or unavailable, simply call Coast Towing & Recovery and request our Tow & Go service.

We come to you with a rental car We come directly to you with a rental vehicle on board, supplied by our partner Blue Dot Rentals.
- Vehicle Swap on the Spot We drop off the rental car and get you back on your way, while your vehicle is safely loaded and towed.
- We Take Care of Your Vehicle Your vehicle can be towed to a location of your choice or transported to our secure yard for storage.
Stress-Free & Flexible
We can deliver your vehicle to your home, your preferred service provider, or our secure yard. If you don’t have a mechanic, or you’re making an insurance claim, we can manage the process for you.
For non-insurance mechanical breakdowns, we’ll arrange an assessment with one of our trusted service providers and talk you through the available options and costs. If an insurance claim is involved, we’ll follow your insurer’s instructions — all you need to do is lodge the claim.

To use our Tow and Go service, you must meet all standard requirements associated with hiring a vehicle. This includes:
- Accepting and adhering to the standard rental terms and conditions
- Covering any applicable rental costs, fees, or deposits
- Providing valid identification and a current driver’s licence, as required for vehicle hire
By using Tow and Go, you acknowledge that these standard rental requirements apply in addition to our towing and delivery services.
