Very Good Customer Service, Only Reliable 24/7 Locksmith who can do plenty of other things for Car essentials, Tows, Flat tyres, Battery changes, you name it. Had been blessed with one of the employees coming all the way out to West Auckland at 3AM to help with Car Key trouble, Made it to my location within 20 minutes and did the job within 5 minutes, Easy. No Complaints and will definitely be contacting them if I’m ever in need of assistance with Car troubles!!

Had the absolute luck and pleasure of meetingJacob from Coast towing, I had broken down in no man's land with no signal and without hesitation he pulled in and asked if I was ok, not pushing for business, just a genuine person and company, they got me to the nearest town so I could make my next arrangements. The whole interaction was fantastic, full of conversation and light humor, but also very professional and gave all sorts of possible options for me to get the van where it needed to be. A friendly thoughtful team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you get stuck you won't find better.

Mike from Coast Towing and Recovery provided an efficient pick up service on a Saturday when our car broke down at a busy tag tournament in Mt Wellington. He kept us informed of his ETA and location through Google Maps and texts, which was really helpful. It made an otherwise stressful situation easier. We were very happy with the service provided by Mike at Coast Towing as he pulled up behind us seconds after a harrowing near miss on the motorway which left us with only 3 working wheels. He was friendly and reassuring, waiting while we organised approval from our insurance, and got us and our car quickly and safely to the repair shop, with great communication also. I would 100% recommend!

While touring the North Island I had a mishap and was thinking I might need a tow. I called Coast Towing and Michael took the time to give me solid advice over the phone and get me on our way again. I was very impressed that he took the time to assist me even though it didn’t result in compensation for Coast Towing. I highly recommend them if you ever need assistance.

My car was flatted left front of tyre last Monday morning when I going to work. I contacted AA service that time but wasn't resister AA number and cost was more than $200. I found a Coast Towing and Recovery and call again. Mike picked it up from my phone call and quite fast towing operation and professional service. Excellent service for Jacob and the Coast Towing team. We got our truck stuck in Orewa and contacted Coast Towing & Recovery. They were here on time. Jacob attended to the problem with knowledge and he pulled our truck out of the bog. He instructed our driver on what needed doing and we had a good result.

Coast towing made everything easy. They answered the phone and got the kob booked in and completed when they said they would. Price was also competitive. Would use again
